Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
Shoes – Return & Exchange Policy
Shoes can be returned or exchanged only if they are unused and tried indoors
Shoes showing signs of wear, scratches, creases, or damaged soles will not be accepted
Shoe boxes must be returned in their original condition
Perfumes – Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
Opened or used perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
Returns are accepted only if the perfume is damaged, leaking, or incorrect
Any damage or issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Used or worn shoes
Opened or tested perfumes
Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional offers
Gift cards or digital products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund
