At Tailor and Cobbler, every pair of shoes is handcrafted exclusively for each customer. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and quality, ensuring every order meets our premium standards.
1. Custom Orders
All our shoes are custom-made to order based on your selected design, size, and preferences. Therefore, refunds are not applicable once production has begun.
2. Replacement Eligibility
A replacement is only offered if:
- The product you received is incorrect in design, size, or color compared to your confirmed order.
- There is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.
To qualify for replacement:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or a short video showing the issue.
- Our team will verify and guide you through the replacement process.
3. Non-Replaceable Cases
We do not accept replacements or refunds for:
- Minor variations in color, texture, or natural marks on leather (as these are characteristics of genuine leather).
- Orders placed with incorrect size information provided by the customer.
- Normal wear, tear, or damage caused by improper use.
4. Resolution Process
Once your claim is approved, we will:
•Recreate or repair the product free of cost.
•Cover return shipping (within Pakistan) in case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
•Dispatch your replacement within 10–12 working days after verification.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
After this period, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
