Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Shoes – Return & Exchange Policy

  • Shoes can be returned or exchanged only if they are unused and tried indoors

  • Shoes showing signs of wear, scratches, creases, or damaged soles will not be accepted

  • Shoe boxes must be returned in their original condition

Perfumes – Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

  • Returns are accepted only if the perfume is damaged, leaking, or incorrect

  • Any damage or issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or worn shoes

  • Opened or tested perfumes

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional offers

  • Gift cards or digital products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. After approval, ship the product back as instructed

  4. Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered
