Order Processing Time

All orders are handmade to order and require approximately 12–15 business days for production before dispatch. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may vary slightly. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.

Shipping Timeline

Once your order has been completed and dispatched:

•  Domestic Shipping (Pakistan): 2–4 business days
• International Shipping: 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp to help you monitor your shipment in real time.

International Duties & Taxes
