  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, seals, and labels are intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided

Shoes – Refund Policy

  • Refunds for shoes are accepted only if the shoes are unused and tried indoors

  • Shoes showing signs of wear, creases, scratches, or damaged soles are not eligible

  • The original shoe box must be returned in good condition

Perfumes – Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened, used, or tampered perfumes are non-refundable

  • Refunds are accepted only if:

    • The perfume is damaged, leaking, or defective, or

    • An incorrect item was delivered

  • Any issue with perfumes must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used or worn shoes

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
